International shipping<\/h2>\n

We welcome International shipping however please contact us by email for the latest international
\nshipping rates and charges to your country.<\/p>\n

You may incur additional shipping charges including duties and taxes as a result of importing goods .
\nOrganic worldwide recommend that you read your country\u2019s duties requirements before purchase.
\nCustomers will be responsible for paying International Customs Charge where applicable if not
\nincluded in purchase.<\/p>\n

Shipping Address Issues<\/h2>\n

We cannot change your delivery address after placing your order. This is because your order
\ninformation is immediately sent to our packaging team where they will hand prepare your order
\nfor dispatch. If your delivery address is wrong, we recommend you to contact the address used
\nat the checkout first and then follow up with the delivery courier assigned to your order.<\/p>\n

We only follow the shipping information based on what you have entered on the checkout page
\nupon placing your order. Organic worldwide will not responsibility for lost, mis-delivery errors, due
\nto incorrect shipping addresses.<\/p>\n

If your parcel gets returned to us due to the issue or incorrect shipping address, you will be refunded
\nfor the product(s), not for shipping. Alternatively, we can ship your order to your correct address.
\nThe shipping fees will be invoiced to the customer before re-shipping your order.<\/p>\n

Lost Parcels<\/h2>\n

Sometimes parcels will and do get lost in transit. While we are not responsible for any lost parcels,
\nwe want to ensure you receive the products that you ordered. If you believe your package has been
\nlost, please review your tracking information and contact the postal carrier to request an
\ninvestigation into the whereabouts of your order.<\/p>\n

Once you have feedback from the postal carrier, please contact us at info@organicworlrdwide.co.uk
\nor using the contact form on our website with feedback. We will then determine whether the parcel
\nis lost in transit or still in process for delivery<\/p>\n

Shipping companies take up to 14 days some up to 21 days to find lost parcels after the last update
\non the tracking was made. We ask our customers to wait 10 days after filing a claim to see if the
