5 Days/ 4 Nights Lake Manyara, Serengeti Park & Ngorongoro Crater

Day 1: Arusha- Lake Manyara

Pick up from your hotel/Airport in the morning and after a short safari briefing; depart for Lake Manyara National Park, a pristine soda lake in the Rift Valley.

The local Baobab trees will illuminate our journey through this lowland region. Here we see lots of birds, and during good time, lots of flamingos. The local game is mainly composed of monkeys. Others include Savannah Elephants, Lions and much more. You will have lunch at the lodge/camp.

Dinner and overnight at your camp/lodge.

 

Day 2: Lake Manyara – Serengeti

After breakfast depart for Serengeti National Park, en-route game drive, enjoy an en-route game drive as you head to the camp/lodge, have lunch, later proceed for an afternoon game drive in Serengeti National Park. The Serengeti hosts the largest terrestrial mammal migration in the world, which helps secure it as one of the Africa, and one of the ten natural travel wonders of the world.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park

After breakfast enjoy a full day drive in Serengeti National Park (early morning, mid and afternoon game drives). The Serengeti is known for its endless plains of savannah and forest landscapes. An area of about 30,000 km2 in the north of Tanzania and Kenya, of which 80 % is located in Tanzania. The park is famous for the migration involving about 1.5 million herbivores and followers, thousands of predators are moving because of the drought in the northern hills to the southern plains.

After the rains in mid-April they go back via a detour through the western part. The grasslands cover more than one third of the park, where you will find many animals throughout the year.

Day 4: Serengeti -Ngorongoro

Early morning game drive in Serengeti National Park branch and depart for Ngorongoro Crater, arriving in the late afternoon. Enjoy an en-route game drive as you head to the lodge/camp.

Day 5: Ngorongoro-Arusha

We will wake up early in the morning and after breakfast we will drive into the Ngorongoro crater. The Ngorongoro crater has a diameter of about 20 kilometers and a 600 meter-high crater wall. The Ngorongoro Crater is the largest intact crater in the world. The crater life estimated 30,000 larger mammals. In the center of the crater is a salt lake. This is one of the most densely populated wildlife areas in the world. It is a unique area where animals and humans as the authentic Maasai and Hadza live together. From the edge of the crater you look out over the impressive crater and its wonderful inhabitatants.

In the afternoon we’ll drive back to Arusha where arriving in the evening for drop off at your hotel/airport.
